Sean’s career coaching was an invaluable tool in developing a unified marketing strategy for me and all my various “widgets”. I came into the session with lots of ideas I wanted to implement and left with a clear and prioritized plan of attack. I see myself as very organized and focused when I’m marketing a film or other project, but I was overwhelmed trying to pull together everything that was “Cindy”. The homework assignments prior to the session make you think hard about what you want. And during the session, Sean takes the time to understand who you are and what you’re trying to do before giving feedback. The experience was very focusing for me, and I have projects to work on now for the next year, at least!

Sean Pratt’s Career Coaching: What it is…
So many of the actors who attended my seminars wanted one more question answered, one more problem solved. Unfortunately, there was never enough time to help everyone. I wanted to address all their concerns, but realized that I needed to spend some time with each person in order to get to know them and their specific issues. That’s where the idea came from to offer one on one coaching that would focus exclusively on the particular challenges each actor wanted to address.
My sessions are designed to help you define your career aspirations and sharpen the business skills you need to get you there. We’ll do that by looking at all your marketing materials, clarifying your goals and coming up with a plan of action for achieving them. I believe that I can best serve you as a guide who will give you the knowledge, direction and inspiration to focus and re-dedicate you toward success in your career.
The Coaching Session: How it works…
Who: You and I; this is a one on one intensive coaching session.
What: A focus on your career and the questions you need answered concerning the BIZ.
When: Afternoons and early evenings available, weekends included.
Where: I have office space in Old Towne, Alexandria, and downtown Baltimore, but in a pinch I can also meet with you at your local Starbucks, Library, Office, etc.
How: My rate is $75/an hour with a two hour minimum. The average session runs 2 to 3 hours.

I recently took two of Sean Pratt’s workshops and had a private coaching session with him. The information that he provided me with has been extremely useful.
